Good news, we've gone green!

As part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impact, returns are made without paper instructions; a more responsible action for our planet as well as for our customers.

You have 14 days to exchange or return your items.

How do I make a return?


  • Fill out the return form below or go to the My Account > Orders & Returns section of your Pimp Up™️ account. 
  • Select the order and item involved then fill out the form with your reason for return.
  • Make sure the items are in their original condition and all tags are attached.
  • Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or refund your money.
  • Prepare the package, print and affix the pre-paid label on the original box (or other sturdy cardboard box) over the previous shipping label. Make sure the return label is clearly visible as it will need to be scanned by the courier.
  • Follow the progress of your return from your account > Returns.



We normally process returns within 7 days of receipt in our warehouse. 

During busy periods, this may take up to 15 days.

Once your refund has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but you will not have to pay anything in advance. They will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made on items returned according to the instructions above. 

In case of anomalies, the package will be returned to you. 







If you wish to change the size or color of an item, you may do so free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date of the package.  


Fill out the return form, checking "Exchange" and indicating the replacement size or color from those available. We will then reserve your new item and ship it to the original shipping address once we receive the returned item. 


You will receive shipping confirmation via email once the package has been turned over to the carrier.

You can change the size or color of an item only once. However, you can always return the item by following the instructions in the Return Policy.








When you are ready to make a return, select "create a return".






Typically, returns are validated within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately issue a refund request and send you a confirmation email.

Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method used. 

Credit Card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 business days of sending the confirmation email. After that, the time it takes to credit your credit card again will depend on your credit card company.



PayPal: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date of sending the confirmation email.
