Refund policy
Conditions for accepting a refund:
When a product is returned, Pimp Up's internal services will validate or not the refund, depending on its condition suitable for re-marketing. If the product does not meet the return requirements, it will be shipped back to you, and no refund can be made. If the product is returned to us protected in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions and documentation, it will be eligible for a refund. The shipping costs are at your charge.
You have a period of 14 days after receiving your package to return the items of your choice.
To do this, simply fill out your return request from your personal space, under the heading "Returns" and follow the instructions.
You will find in your package a return label duly filled in with all the necessary information for your return.
Stick it on the original Pimp Up™️ packaging, instead of the shipping label. To avoid any confusion by our carriers, be sure to cover the original label. Keep the receipt that you will have our carrier sign when you drop off your package at our relay points.
Last step: Go to our carrier's website to find the nearest relay point. Drop off the package and keep your proof of deposit.
You will not have to pay any fees for this return, although you will be responsible for them. To simplify your task, they will be directly deducted from your refund.
The accessory must be the complete pair of Pimp'Up, correctly protected, in its original packaging, with the film or individual protective packaging, and the labels intact.
The product must be accompanied by the invoice duly completed with the reason for return. You will find on the invoice, all the explanations and the procedure to follow. Check the reason for your return and don't forget to attach it to your shipment
