Standard delivery is free from €150 after discounts for served destinations. In mainland France, pickup point delivery is also free from this threshold. Express options remain paid.
- Mainland France: standard €7 - 3 to 5 business days; express €10 - 1 to 2 days; pickup point €5 - 4 to 7 days.
- Europe and Switzerland: standard €10 - 4 to 6 business days; express €15 - 2 to 3 days.
- United States, Canada, French overseas territories and the rest of the world: standard €15 - 5 to 7 business days; express €20 - 3 to 5 days.

RETURNS
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Submit your request from your customer account or to contact@pimpupandfashion.com, indicating your order number and the items concerned.
Wait for our instructions before shipping. You choose your carrier and purchase your own label; direct return costs are at your expense. Items must be returned complete, unworn, and in their original condition.
